Please go to the upper right hand corner of your account and click on the "Account" drop down.  

Once the drop down is displayed please click on "Member Profile".  

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and under the "Transcripts" section choose 'Print Certificate'.  

Note: If the certificate does not print then please make sure your pop up blockers are enabled.


Some web browsers (such as Chrome) might block the pop-up.  Below are instructions to unblock the pop-up.
  1.  Click on the Chrome menu icon in the upper-right corner of the browser, and then click on Settings. 
  2.  Click on the Show Advanced Settings link at the bottom. 
  3.  Scroll down to the Privacy header and click on the big Content Settings button. 
  4.  Scroll down a little bit more in the window that appears until you see the Pop-ups section.
